They have an excellent selection. Everything you could imagine for arts and crafts. They have a buy three get too free deal right now! However, employees are not very friendly or helpful.

My daughter has been getting real serious with her crafting. We went to the Fullerton location tonight. Yuriko was so awesome. She was patient and helped my daughter with all of her questions. We will definitely make this our only stop for all of my daughters projects.

I was searching for a specific cellophane EVERYWHERE. I called to ask if they had it in stock and not only did the nice lady on the phone check the system, she made sure to check to see if it was physically there as well and held it for me! I was ecstatic! I needed it for my fairy wings ❤️✨️

I like this location of Joann, store is clean. They have variety of stuff to fulfill individual’s need for projects with all sort of price range. I wish there was some way to get more coupons to help get more discount on the purchases.

Huge store, but seems to lack selection. They never have exactly what I'm looking for. Maybe it's just my luck, but the service is great. Staff are very friendly.
